Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. After you have placed an order, you will receive an email to notify you when your order is dispatched.

Order processing and delivery

Your delivery charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. All orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days at most. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or holidays. Domestic delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday) after orders have been processed.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Orders placed after 5:00pm will be dispatched the following business day. Please contact us by email or phone if you have not received your order or if it is damaged. If we are not contacted in a timely manner it may affect your ability to submit a return.

Incomplete or incorrect address submissions

Please ensure that you review the billing and shipping address before placing an order. Incorrect delivery address details will cause delays or returns of deliveries. We cannot be held liable for incorrect details submitted.

Unanticipated events

We cannot be held liable for any disruption of our service or failure to deliver products for reasons that are beyond our control. This may include, but is not limited to labour strikes, weather delays, a problem with the postal service or courier service disruption etc.
