In the rare circumstance that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately and kindly return the contents to us in the original packaging. Our policy is valid for a 30 day period. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, and you have not in this period notified us of the discrepancy, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Items that are returned must be sealed, unopened and unused. Items are required to be returned in their original packaging. If an item has been used or opened, we cannot accept a return.
If you would like to return an item/s, kindly contact our customer service department by email or phone. An item may only be returned once arrangements have been made with one of our customer service representatives. If goods are damaged, we will need to inspect the original product before allocating a refund or issuing a replacement. If you would like to return an order, please notify us promptly. Upon agreement, the products must then be returned to us. Please contact us for the return address and further instructions.
Upon the agreed return of an order to our warehouse, a staff member will examine the item to ensure it meets the required conditions/criteria. Unless the products were delivered damaged, the cost of delivery for returning an order is non-refundable. If the refund is approved, it will be provided through a store credit or your initial payment method.
